Wolfgang Pack 新宿ルミネエスト店にて、Farewell party -お別れパーティ-が開催されました。来年のアメリカステージに向けて、「次はカリフォルニアで！」の想いが込められた、
プロジェクトサポーター竹中さんチョイスの美味しいカリフォルニア料理のお店です。窓からは新宿の夜景を眺めることができ、素敵なレストランでした。
The members of Pacific Rim V all joined in for the farewell party at Wolfgang Pack on Decenber 11th.This Californian-style cuisine was chosen by Saori. It was chosen with the concept in mind of how the “Next Rim Stage is in California!!”
三ヶ月間のスライドムービーがプロジェクターに映し出される中、皆和気あいあいと、京都の旅のことや、これから先の進路、お互いの場所にいつ行って再会できるのかなどを楽しく語り合いました。
As the slide show of pictures of this past 3 months projected on the wall,
we chatted about the different memories we made.
Some conversations included:
the Kyoto trip for the ACCD student, about our future and when we can see each other again and in which country we can meet in.
デザートの時間、突然Happy Birthdayの音楽が大きな音で始まり、特別デザートが運ばれてきました。サプライズのデザートを受け取ったのはLuke とSteave です！
Suddenly a cheerful birthday song came on and they brought out a big special dessert plate!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Luke & Steve!!
そして終盤、私たちはJamesと和田先生から、「CERTIFICATE OF ACHIVEMENT」/パシフィックリムの修了証書を授与していただきました！
After that, we all received a 「CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT」of Pacific Rim!
ひとりひとり、いっぱいの想いとともに、Jamesとハグをしました。
We hagged with James, and felt great achievement.
和田教授からも学生たちに手紙とプレゼントがあり、アートセンターから教授陣へ、サポーター竹中さんへ、またTAUメンバーから展示を手伝ってくれたプロダクトデザインの学生たちへなどプレゼントが飛び交い、笑顔の中で会は終了しました。
We also received a letter and present from professor Wada and the ACCD students handed presents to the professors. TAU students handed sweets out to the Product design students.
そして・・・・
オフィシャルなはずの修了証書でしたが、帰る頃にはメンバーからの寄せ書きメッセージでいっぱいでした。
It was an official certificate but there were many personal messages on it.
これから先自分の進むべき方向に迷った時も、
この修了証書が、素晴らしい仲間の存在と三ヶ月で得た自信を思い起こさせてくれることでしょう。
Even if we were to lose our contacts some day, this certificates will be a reminder of our wonderful project partners, and the great times we had this past 3 months.
素敵な三ヶ月でした！関わってくださった全ての皆様、ありがとうございました。
